We recognize the opportunities for privatization in the two decade Russian land rush that is quite attractive to experienced farmers. Our area was a part of Manchuria and is native habitat for Soy beans, original source of all soy in the world. So, the climate is perfect for soy and is roughly equivalent to Michigan and the rest of the northerly Mid-west; hot humid summers with thunderstorms from the south (monsoon) and cold dry and sunny winters with little snowfall. We are at 43 to 45 degrees latitude.
